THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE WOULD BRAKE AND SLOW DOWN WITHOUT THE BRAKES BEING APPLIED MAKING A NOISE LIKE THE WHEELS WERE RUNNING OVER SPEED BUMPS. When you push the pedal down, you expect to stop. Of all the systems you want working right on a car, the brakes are high on the list.
